Barclay Powers

As well as being an acclaimed Internal Strength Training Coach, Barclay Powers is an author and futurist filmmaker. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Columbia University and has an extensive background as an independent scholar. He has studied Chinese, Tibetan and Indian meditation, yoga and martial arts traditions for more than 30 years. His 2011 film, The Lost Secret of Immortality, based on his book, won best spiritual/religious/Christian film at the Great Lakes International Film Festival, 2012, the Silver Palm Award at the Mexico International Film Festival, 2012 and best spiritual documentary at the New York International Film Festival, 2011.

He has vast experience in all aspects of project development and media production, affording him a unique perspective. and cross-pollinated resourcefulness.
Working in the fast-paced entertainment, marketing, fashion, and financial industries in New York and Los Angeles, his experience, discretion, and forward-thinking vision have helped him serve a range of high-exposure clients.


In Kevin’s 30+year multimedia background he has created websites, videos, 3D, promotional, print and ephemeral material, and specialty projects for many including, Sony, Nike, MTV, E! Entertainment, Titmouse, United Nations, and personal archival projects for both the film studio legacy Warner Brothers and Zanuck Families.
