REFUND POLICY
At Topanga Creek, we’re committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and products that exceed your expectations. We understand that occasionally, situations arise that may require a refund or exchange. Here’s how our refund policy works:
Items Damaged or Poor Quality
If you receive an item that is damaged or features a poor-quality print, kindly send us a photograph showcasing the print issue or damaged area. We’ll promptly replace such items at no additional cost. Please note that Topanga Creek cannot be held responsible for items that sustain damage during the shipping process.
Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items
In the event that we ship the wrong product to your customer, please provide us with a photograph highlighting the discrepancy between the received product and the one ordered. We’ll initiate the replacement or refund process for the affected items, without any extra charges. If an order is missing items, kindly inform us of the specific missing items, and we’ll ensure they are promptly sent.
Design Issues
Should you have any concerns regarding the design printed on a product, please furnish us with a photograph detailing the issue. Our team will assess the situation, and if the printed design significantly deviates from the submitted artwork, we will consider issuing credits, refunds, or reprints at our discretion. We take every case seriously and aim to provide resolutions that meet your satisfaction and that of your customers.
Sizing Issues
To mitigate sizing discrepancies, we’ve included accurate sizing charts on each product’s specifications page for your reference. We do not issue refunds for sizing disputes; however, exchanges are available.
For sizing issues related to shoes and clothing, Topanga Creek will cover the product fee. However, the reshipping shipping fee should be borne by the re-seller. Requests for size exchanges differing by more than two sizes from the original order will be deemed a customer-input error, and Topanga Creek will not cover any associated fees. To initiate an exchange, sellers are required to provide specific information: the reason the shoe didn’t fit (e.g., too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, and the Topanga Creek order number.
Package Returns to Sender
In the event that a package is returned to the sender by the shipping courier, Topanga Creek will reship the package to your customer at no additional cost, following an address verification process completed by the seller. Please be aware that all orders returned to sender will be either destroyed by the courier or subjected to another round of custom tax, duties, and shipping fees if we opt to ship it back to our production facility.
If a package is returned to the sender by the shipping courier for a second time, Topanga Creek will arrange reshipment to your customer for a fee of 50% of the Order Cost. This fee will be collected through a PayPal Payment Request.
Missed Delivery Attempts
For orders that experience missed delivery attempts and are subsequently returned to sender, compensation will be provided in the form of a 50% Refund Credit.ย
Address Change Returns
In cases where a package is returned to sender due to an address change and you wish to reship the order to the new address, a fee of 50% of the Order Cost will apply.
Returns Due to Wrong Address
Topanga Creek will not assume responsibility or grant compensation for orders returned to sender due to incorrect address information. Sellers are accountable for address accuracy, as we allow for order modifications within a 24-hour window.
Lost Orders Due to Wrong Address
In instances where orders are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses, Topanga Creek will not issue refunds or accept liability.
Used Items and Time Limits
Used items are ineligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items received successfully by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. After 30 days from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will not be accommodated.
Refund and Exchange Claim Time Limits
Claims for refunds and exchanges will only be entertained within 60 days of order processing.
For returns initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the associated shipping fee. The specific fee is determined by the chosen express company. If goods are received damaged or incorrect due to reasons on our end, the consumer is not obligated to cover the shipping fee. There will be no restocking fee charged to consumers for the return of a product.
